This is a new and exciting opportunity to join a growing team who are selling into high value business customers.
You will be responsible for researching prospects within the B2B market together with enhancing the information that we hold from a variety of channels including onsite meetings, trade events and telephone contact to arrange an exploratory meeting or full sales appointment.
During the contact you will engage with the prospect on relevant business issues, discuss business concerns and review achievements all while building lasting partnerships and contacts. However, your key objective will be to obtain an on-site presentation of our products by a member of our technical sales team. You will be working as part of a small sales team and will be encouraged to contribute sales and marketing ideas, campaigns and strategy developed from your experiences of the market. You will also be a key member of the team in delivering any new campaign and strategy.
Some experience in and knowledge of business especially retail and the B2B marketing is an advantage as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Full product training for the role will be provided. However, you will need to be able to work on your own initiatives and plan your own schedule. Some administrative sales work will also be required in managing the company’s marketing and sales process.
At times extensive travelling and overnight stays in the UK and Ireland will be necessary and all expenses and car or car allowance will be paid by the company.
