Our after sales support extends to offering an extended service as a standard feature within our Support Contract during the busy Christmas season as many of our customers trade in shopping malls.
Customers are invited to join us as our guests at our annual User Day which provides an excellent networking opportunity and the ability to shape the content of the subsequent releases of the software. Typically within our annual support contract we issue two upgrades in a year.
Our training school provides the full facilities to undertake the initial and refresher training for our customers staff and where preferred we can provide these facilities on the customers site.
